Request Forms
A completed project request form is required to initiate ALL design projects. Incomplete request forms or those lacking the necessary details to effectively guide the creative process will not be considered. Project Requests are available here. Materials
ALL materials (text, images, design preferences, logos, required information, etc.) are needed BEFORE your project can begin. Details and corresponding materials must be submitted electronically, via email or digital upload, or as a hard copy (images only), not via text message.
All submitted text must be typed and provided in one of the formats identified below. There will be a min $95 fee for text that must be typed by Epiphany Intuitive Solutions, LLC or the coloring box (“epiphany”) staff. Price will increase based upon the number of words at a rate of $95, per hour.
Electronic files will be accepted in any of the following formats: Email, Word Documents, TXT, PDF, JPG or PNG files. Images with transparent backgrounds are preferred whenever possible. Additional formats may be accepted on a case by case basis, as approved by an authorized epiphany team member.
Hard copies will only be returned if accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope at the time they are provided.
Please note: To ensure maximum final design quality, all images must be provided in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). epiphany will not be held responsible for final print resolution of provided images, which do not meet the aforementioned specifications and reserves the right to decline projects when such does not occur.
Brand Naming
The client (“eClient”) takes full responsibility for ensuring that their company/product/name is legally free/available before work is started and confirms the name has been subject to appropriate checks, is not in use by someone else, and does not infringe on any other registered trademark, business name etc.
Project name changes during a project are exceptionally costly, challenging to implement, and cause significant delays. If a change of name is required mid-way during a project, and significant logo exploration work has already been completed, epiphany will have no choice but to recalculate the total cost of the project, to allow for the reworking involved.
Copyrights and Trademarks
The eClient represents to epiphany and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to epiphany for inclusion in design projects are owned by the eClient, or that the eClient has permission or expressed written consent from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. The eClient understands that it is their responsibility to copyright any designs (www.copyright.gov) and/or seek trademarks (www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm) if desired or deemed necessary.
The eClient will hold harmless, protect, and defend epiphany from ANY claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the eClient and agrees to pay all fees incurred in such a process.
Notifications
E-mail is our primary method of communication with our eClients. eClients are responsible to maintain active email addresses for prompt and consistent receipt of notifications and dissemination of information. eClients should ensure the colormyepiphany.com domain and associated email addresses are marked as safe or added to their contact lists to ensure messages are not mistakenly filtered as junk mail or spam. Neither epiphany, its team members nor its contracted associates are responsible for emails and information that is not received due to deactivated/inactive accounts or those that have exceeded their storage capacity.
Payment
Quotes available upon request; valid for 30 days only unless otherwise specified.
ALL projects require a non-refundable deposit before preliminary draft development begins. Deposit amount will be determined by job type, identified during initial consultation, and will be applied to the final design total.
Final balance, including any assessed fees, must be paid in full before the final product is released or sent to print.
If at any time after project is 75% complete, the eClient decides to cancel or discontinue services, full payment will be required.
Payments can be made via cash, money order, check, debit/credit cards or direct funds transfer using Zelle (billing@colormyepiphany.com) or CashApp ($colormyepiphany). Checks and money orders should be made payable to Epiphany Intuitive Solutions, LLC or Epiphany Intuitive Solutions, LLC dba Epiphany. All checks must clear before being accounted as an acceptable form of payment. PayPal and debit/credit card transactions require a convenience fee of 3.5%, which will be added to the final total before processing (rounded to the nearest quarter). All prices subject to change, without notice, at the discretion of epiphany staff.
Additional Services Charges
Any additional services requested during the project that are over and above the estimated time or original scope of work will be subject to an additional fee that will become fully payable (100% of the quoted amount) at the time of estimate or quotation acceptance.
Delinquency
epiphany reserves the right to remove web pages from viewing on the Internet or restrict eClient access until final payment is made. Removal of or restriction from such materials does not relieve the eClient of its obligation to pay the amount due. If case collection proves necessary, the eClient agrees to pay all fees incurred in that process.
Revisions
Preliminary drafts will be crafted based upon details provided by the eClient using the appropriate request form. Any alterations to the submitted form content that significantly change the design concept after drafting begins are subject to an additional design fee of $95, per hour.
After the preliminary draft has been approved, epiphany allows up to 3 rounds of edits, per item. Any edits and revisions required in excess of the allotted window will incur an additional design fee of $95, per hour.
Proofing
Prior to release of ALL final products, the eClient MUST proofread and review projects and corresponding elements (to include, but not be limited to text, colors, images, layout, etc.) to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Final approval must be provided in writing via email or the comment section of our virtual proofing studio. Once the job receives FINAL approval, additional changes will NOT be made without an edit fee. The fee will be determined based upon the scope and magnitude of the requested changes. epiphany is not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation or formatting errors discovered after FINAL approval is received.
Fonts & Typefaces
Any fonts/typefaces that are purchased for the final logo, and/or supporting brand identity assets, are subject to commercial licensing laws. A font/typeface license gives only the owner full rights to use the font/typeface as necessary.
In the final design package, epiphany will provide information of the typefaces used. It is the responsibility of the eClient to acquire any necessary font licenses (paid or unpaid).
It is against the law for epiphany to provide any client a ‘copy’ of any font/typeface that it or its team members own and have commercially purchased.
Typically, a font used in a logo will not need to be licensed, as the graphics are converted to vector artwork and can no longer be edited. However, should the eClient require a font to use in their artwork for editing purposes, such as on a website or a print presentation, then the eClient will need their own license through a desktop license purchase.

Prior to the initiation of preliminary drafting, eClient’s agree to provide design specific print guidelines and requirements, to include, but not be limited to document, margin, and bleed dimensions as well as file submission terms and timelines, as identified by his/her vendor of choice. Any changes or modifications to design specs after drafting begins are subject to an additional design fee of $95, per hour.
epiphany will provide print-ready files based upon the agreed upon scope of the project; however, epiphany does NOT offer printing services. All such requests will be subcontracted to external vendors at the eClient’s request and expense. epiphany will not be held responsible for ANY vendor related delays in printing, shipping or delivery of the final project.
epiphany and its eClients agree to comply with the printers’ Terms and Conditions, which may include disclaimers for non-completion on time and the flexibility to supply quantities within 10% of the total ordered. epiphany recommends that if an exact quantity is required, then 10% extra is added to the order quantity and extra time made available should the job be delayed.
Prior to a print order being placed, the eClient is responsible for providing accurate location information, establishing pick-up arrangements (when necessary), as well as, all associated shipping fees.
Delivery
After receipt of final approval and payment (balance due), final versions of ALL approved designs will be provided as digital files to the e-mail address of record by 11:59 PM of the following business day.
Turnaround
epiphany business days are Monday – Friday. Our standard design turnaround times are 5-7 business days for materials & products, 10-14 business days for branding projects (logos), and 1-3 business days for revisions. Timelines may vary based upon the type and volume of requested items. Designs are provided by 11:59 PM on the promised delivery date. Any eClient requested alterations in the identified time frame must be established in writing and mutually agreed upon by an epiphany team member and the eClient before the preliminary drafting phase begins. Turnaround timing does not begin until the business day following receipt of initial deposit AND ALL required project materials is confirmed by an epiphany team member. epiphany is closed on weekends, all major holidays, the day after Thanksgiving and the entire week of Christmas and New Year’s; therefore, those days are not to be factored into the work calendar/production schedule. Exceptions may be evaluated on a project by project basis.
Illness, injury, or other events beyond epiphany’s control (ex: fire, theft, equipment failure, natural disasters, Acts of God, etc) may result in a delay of unpredictable length and call for adjustments to the initially agreed upon turnaround timeline.
Expedite Fee
epiphany reserves the right to assess an additional expedite (rush) fee to ANY projects requests, which are to be completed outside of the standard turnaround time. The fee will be identified at the time of request based upon the associated specifics.
Discounts
Discounts may be offered at the sole discretion of the epiphany staff, for a new or existing eClient, on a project by project basis. Previously obtained discounts have no bearing on present or future projects. Discounts must be redeemed w/n 30 days after offer is provided to be considered valid.
Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment by epiphany, eClients gain ownership of the final design(s) for use at their discretion in any media application.
All original preparation materials, sketches, visuals and unused ideas shown and considered will remain the property of epiphany. epiphany is free to use these unused and previous ideas for future conceptual and client work. Where a previously unused idea/design retains a similar look and style to the finished logo, epiphany shall repurpose and style so that the end design is sufficiently different as to not cause conflict.
epiphany retains the right to use final design(s), or any versions created during the design process, within printed and online portfolios, social media, and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers and similar advertisements. eClients also give epiphany permission to use their full name, business name, business address, and/or website address, for testimonial purposes on its website or other business related media.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact, or e-mail, however, following this, epiphany will need formal notification in writing to the company’s postal address. The eClient will then be invoiced for all work completed over and above the original non-refundable deposit. The balance of monies due must be paid within 30 days.
Please note: Any cancellation which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by epiphany within 14 days of such instruction being issued, will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project.
Performance Liability
epiphany makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, for any products and/or services that it supplies. epiphany will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of products and/or services it supplies. epiphany is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss of data, or non-delivery of products or services, of whatever cause. While we take reasonable steps to investigate the materials we recommend, we accept no responsibility for the performance or impact of materials or any consequential loss arising from their failure. The eClient agrees not to hold epiphany responsible for any such loss or damage. Any claim against epiphany shall be limited to the relevant project costs and fee(s) paid by the eClient to epiphany.
epiphany reserves the right to use the services of sub-contractors, agents, and suppliers and any work, content, services and usage is bound by their Terms and Conditions. epiphany will not knowingly perform any actions to contravene these and the eClient also agrees to be so bound.
Rights of Refusal
epiphany will not include in its designs, any text, images or other data which it deems to be immoral, offensive, obscene or illegal. All advertising material must conform to all standards established by all relevant advertising standards authorities. epiphany also reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving reason. In the situation where any images and/or data that epiphany includes in good faith and subsequently discovers is in contravention to such Terms and Conditions, the eClient is obliged to allow epiphany to remove the contravention without hindrance or penalty. epiphany is to be held in no way responsible for any such data being included.
epiphany reserves the right to decline services to any client, for any reason, except those based upon race, national origin, gender, disability or that which is prohibited by federal, state, and local laws.
General
These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous Terms and Conditions distributed in any form. epiphany reserves the right to change any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Please note: By submitting a deposit payment, you consent to ALL of the aforementioned Design Terms on behalf of yourself, and/or your organization or business.
